AISA COURSE SHARE NETWORK POLICIES

           AISACSN POLICIES

1.      All CSN activities must be approved by the Headmaster of the school for instructor  and /or student participation.

      Prerequisite requirements will be determined by the Headmaster/Guidance counselor of the perspective student’s school. 

2.      All CSN courses will have at least 10 lessons and no more than 12 lessons.

3.      Tests may be proctored or online with appropriate supervision.

4.      Textbooks or other materials required for a course will be determined by the CSN instructor.

5.      Course completion time will be a minimum of 6 weeks and a maximum of 18 weeks. (Beginning the date of the first log on ) 

6.    A progress report will be sent to the school and parents at the end of the 9th  week.

7.      CSN cost for ½ unit will be $150 plus textbooks or other required materials.($100/instructor)

8.      Enrollment procedure will be as follows:

(A)   Interested students will email the CSN coordinator at jwestbrook57@msn.com requesting to enroll in a course or requesting that a specific course be offered. Students should check the aisa.crhosts.com for course offering.

(B)   The student will obtain permission from his/her school to participate in the course and request that the school email the CSN coordinator indicating permission has been granted.(jwestbrook57@msn.com )

      THEN THE STUDENT COMPLETES THE NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON THE ONLINE SITE...aisa.crhosts.com

(C)  The CSN instructor will be contacted and given student information.

(D)  The student will pay the appropriate amount to his school. The $150 (for each .5 unit)will be forwarded to the AISA office by the local school. (Please make checks payable to AISA )The local school will email the CSN coordinator that the funds have been paid (jwestbrook57@msn.com)

(E)   The CSN coordinator will then email the CSN instructor to proceed with the course.

(F)   A GRADE REPORT(numerical) from the CSN instructor will be sent to the student’s school upon successful completion of the course. 

 

(G)  REFUND POLICY : Tuition will only be refunded if the student fails to submit any lessons and withdraws before the 6th week of the course. ( Courses begin with the first log on date )
